How I pay my tax for the year if my employer not able to pay?
I'm on work permit from 2008 with this employer but he hav't paid any tax for me from his company.I have complated my 10 year resident so I am going to apply for ILR ON 10 YEARS Bases.

I was working other part time jobs and were paying taxes.Bucause this is my main job but I havt paid any tax through this employer.

My question is how can I pay tax for the year 2010-2011.
Can I pay myself the tax for 2010-2011.
Would it effect my 10 year bases ILR Application.

I would be grateful to anyone who help me regarding this.

    Regards
    Jak

    JAK:

Your main job employer is treating you as an independent contractor and should give you a Form 1099-MISC to document your pay. You are responsible for all taxes, so you must file Schedules C and SE for the main job.

I do not think this will affect your residency application, but you need to speak an immigration attorney on that issue.
