I need advice as to what to do to prevent my ex from taking kidnapping or not bringing my son back after contact does anyone know if I can get some sort of order in place so he gets arrested if he does do any of the above??

Yes, its called a custody order. You go to court to establish primary and legal custody with a visitation schedule and child support. If you were not married to the father this should have been done as soon as the child was born. If you were married it should have been done as part of the divorce.
