I am replacing a toilet bowl and after I removed the toilet Bowl, the closet flange(PVC) was cracked all around. I was trying to remove it but I want to do it without damaging the pipe. Especially when the pipe looks like it came with the flange attached to it. When I say attached I mean it was made with a flange end.Is there such a thing?

You can get a repair flange that will slide under the cracked one. If you have a wood floor, use a threaded wood mount and the toilet will bolt directly to the floor. With a concrete floor you can drill for inserts and bolt it that way. You do not need a flange, it just makes things easier.

If your PVC flange has a metal ring then that can be cut off using a pair of aviation snips and then you can replace the entire ring by purchasing a BIVALVE TYPE REPAIR RING... see images below. These will only be available online or at a local plumbing supply store. The "big box" stores don't carry these, OK?

If you have a PVC flange that is plastic and one side or the other has cracked off then you can purchase a SPANNER FLANGE and set that under the cracked side (with closet bolt inserted) and then set the toilet as normal... see image. This spanner flange can be used with any kind of closet flange (PVC, ABS, cast iron, etc.)... see images below.

There are other, thin repair rings that can just be screwed over the entire flange (see other image), or as mentioned above by ma0641, if you have enough meat in the floor you can just anchor the toilet using the proper wood screw closet bolts or concrete anchors... ;)
