It's expensive and painful and there can be side effects - but it's permanent.

How old are you? Have you finished growing?

Depending on your age you could get implants, but I'd research it first. There can be many complications.

You could buy a water bra, or another bra that enhances what you already have.

You have what you have. There's no way to increase your breast size naturally.

I wonder why the OP "needs" boobs. Want I can understand. Need I don't.

A good question might be, "Are you male or female?" I, though, am not going to ask it.

I think anyone who thinks they NEED boobs bad is probably a bit of a boob.
