You need to provide the amounts in Box #1 and #2 of the W-2, plus your marital status and whether you have any children or not.

Box #1 is your annual earned salary

Box #2 is the amount of federal income taxes withheld.

Watch out when selling your Income Tax for an estimated amount. If you if your final Income Tax amount is less then your Estimated Income Tax amount then you will have to pay the difference back.
