My boyfriend signed guardianship over to his parents for his son a year and a half ago. He was into drugs and knew that at that point he was in a bad place and didn't want his son involved. He has been clean for 1 year today and is ready to have him back. He has seen his son as much as he can and pays support. The son's mother isn't in the picture. How do we go about getting our boy back??
