Hi I am due in court charged with comman assault and criminal damage I have pleaded guilty for the charged.ive been to court before charged with criminal damage I have an outstanding faine to my recollition I have not been charge with assault before

Assuming I get what this offenders bad typing means you will probably get a harder or maximum charge for what ever the charges are. As for the exact penalty we need state, the laws you broke before, how recently the former charges wee, and if your already having issues.

Well you already plead guilty, and I guess without an attorney to work out a plea agreement.

So they are going to sentence you for this crime, Your other issue of not paying a fine, will be dealt with by that court.

So either short jail and probation or just probation
