I have a 14 yrs old son.His girlfriend is 14 yrs old.Her father is trying to put the baby in CFS.My son wants to keep the baby if his girlfriend`s father tries to take it away from her.Does my son have any rights if his girlfriend doesn`t put his name on the birth certificate.

Since your son is a minor, he may not have any rights even if he is the biologic father. What does your state law say?
