    What can a father do if his name is not on the birth certificate?
    Another man`s name is on the birth certificate and not the father`s.what right does the father have.Can he take the mother to court in Manitoba?

    How do you know that the father's name is not on the because. Was a DNA test ever done to prove otherwise ?

    The mother of the child told the father that she put the other man`n name on the because.She did want the father to know she had a child from him.

    Nice to see you here again GV. Reading between the lines I probably think adoption is the issue,but have to hear from the OP to make sure.
