Are you talking about Neverending Story? (on the cover of the movie the Princess kind of looks like a "Shiny Lady"... ) I also noticed in the movie that she is very shiny - kind of glittery...

No but thanks it's a kid looking at a lady with yellow hair and has thee things like wings floating around her and she is very very bright and white
