I experienced a miscarriage in October and then had a normal period in November. I should have received my period by December 27th. So I am 11 days late and have had two negative tests. I am trying to conceive but I don't know where to start without a period. I had already seen a positive result by this time with my last pregnancy which ended in miscarriage. What should I do, is there anyone who has had a previous miscarriage and is now having similar issues? I didn't feel stressed when I should have started although now my stress is growing since I keep getting negative results and no period.

It may be that your body is still getting back on track and you may either be late or skip a period altogether. Give it another week and try another pregnancy test. If still negative, see what happens towards the end of January. If still no period at that time, try another test and/or see your doctor.

In regards to trying to conceive, if you are able to have sex every other day or so throughout a cycle, that should cover things timing wise.
