My puppy is sleeping a lot,whining,will barely eat and doesn't like to go outside.whats wrong with my puppy?

Sounds like a very young puppy, misa. All puppies sleep a lot, it is how they grow; same as human babies. Also sounds like separation anxiety (from mom) which leads me to believe he was taken away too soon.

How old is the puppy ?

He is 13 weeks.. ive had him for a little over a week and at first he loved being outside,now he acts scared! He had a shot just 2 days ago,I don't know if that could be part of it but I'm very worried for him.he seems very sad

I think you should just give him lots of attention, misa. Probably all the handling at the vet and the vaccination upset him and his system for the time being.

I'm having the same problem, I'm so scared I don't know what to do. He doesn't have his shots he just threw up, my mom said he ate waaaay too much last night, please help!!
