I have PCOS, I have been off birth control for 4.5 months... 3 days ago me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and he never pulled out both of the times we had had sex... we are trying to conceive. And within the past day I have been feeling very bloated and even slight nausea.. could I be pregnant?

Yes, since you are having unprotected sex, you could be pregnant, but it would be unlikely that you would feel any changes from it this soon. It takes roughly a few days for a fertilized egg to reach the uterus and a few to implant into the uterine wall.

See how you feel in the next couple of weeks. If you still feel possible symptoms, or even if you don't, you could try a pregnancy test. Since you likely have irregular cycles with the PCOS, using a lack of a period as a possible indicator may not be as accurate in your situation.

Do it 3/4 weeks after , its what the nurses told me to do.
I feel all sorts and it can still be negative like my last test. I'm waiting for the 4th week to pass by now.

Of course I assume you know that "pulling out" is not a birth control method, it merely reduces the amount of sperm, not do away with all of them.

But yes if you are having unprotected sex you could be, but then it is really too early to tell
