When cold outside around ten degrees banks will turn on until thermastate is within one degree of satifided, then outside unit will turn on and stay on until thermastate dropps and tell banks to kick back in. This cycle will continue until temp outside warms up enough until the heat pump warms the house without banks kicking in Is this right?
