I don't know of any blood test that reveals the use of pot.

It can be detected in a blood test but except for accidents I don't know who else uses a blood test for it, ( the trouble with blood tests is that the THC does not say in the blood for very long, about 24 hours tops.. But can be in the urine for days, even longer for heavy use.

Also I don't think a few drops of blood would be enogh for that test either, it would be more from drawing blood
