    Kids time sharing alternating weekends
I have a time sharing schedule set by the mediator/court to expend time with my kids. I have the kids every other weekend and every Thursday.

Is it normal that every year weekends alternate , i.e. next year she will expend the similar weekends as I am expending this year with my kids ?

    Thanks,
    Ralph

Florida Statutes state that a Parenting Plan which details things like who has time sharing on which weekend is completed to address and spell out such things between the parties. If you have an attorney I would suggest asking if there is a Parenting Plan in effect and getting a copy. If there is not a Parenting Plan in effect you may ask the Court to address the creation of one. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advise. Always consult a qualified attorney.
