That happened to me. I had a crush on my friend for a long time and well sometimes guys tell you things just to leave you hangin on to them. Tell him you really really like him and want find out straight out.if he says no move on.

Is it actually him txting the X or is it part of his signtaure line?

Secondly, you can't force someone to share the same feelings so your only option is to ask him and accept his answer.

Overthinker17- there's many things that xause people to say things. Maybe he's unsure of hus feelings, unsure of his situation or chance of making it work, trouble at home, or he could be doing it to keep her close but not too close. There are tons of reasons people do things.
