Compare MCL 600.5807 to MCL 440.2725
How does MCL 600.5807 compare to MCL 440.2725 and when, or under what example circumstances or conditions can each of these laws be invoked?

This sounds like homework - which "we" don't do.

What are the specific circumstances (if this is a legitimate question) so the answer can be specific.

No. This is not a homework assignment but a real situation that I have. Here is more on this matter

I paid a Michigan company for a stock item, that was not in the store on the day that I paid for it and the store promised to have it available the next day but did not, and never did thereafter. I have made efforts to recover my money directly from the store and they won't give me my money. Please which one of these Statutes of Limitations apply in this scenario? I live in Michigan

    Hello JC:

You're asking for a treatise on the law, and that isn't what we do here... Here, we give advice. My advice is to present your question to a lawyer... The SPECIFIC lawyer I have in mind, is a JUDGE in the small claims court. He'll give you his opinion for a modest filing fee of about $50. That's much cheaper than any attorney I know, and he'll back up his opinion with TEETH!
