My nipples have all of a sudden become sore. The rest of my breast is fine and I am not pregnant. Have recently started taking 5HTP but this is not a side effect? Help...

This is a cause of PMs (pre menstural syndrome). Don't have to bother about. Wear cotton bras and avoid brushing activities. It is quite natural. It prolongs for more than 30-45 days then u can consult a doctor-esp.gynae.
