my husband whom I'm divorcing signs my tax forms can I sue him?
I was married 20years when an assistant(married twice before) and my husband starting getting friendly at work. My husband and I were having problems, then she rents a house less than a mile from our home. He now lives with her.
We are separated and he still signs my name on our taxes. I hate that he does this. I can never find out what he actually makes, what I deserve etc.. I get an X amount of money that he thinks I deserve a month. I have no Savings, nothing. I can't even call about a loan he took out in OUR name. He is in total control and that's obviously one of the reasons our marriage failed. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? He makes damn good money too!

Get an attorney and file for divorce. The attorney will help you get copies of all his records.
