How to get renters out of contract for deed home?
We are wanting to purchase a home but there are renters in the home that the owners are having a hard time getting out, If we go ahead with contract how does this affect us to get them out?

Do they have a lease? Why is the seller having trouble getting them out? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

If you buy a property with renters in place you will inherit any disputes that exist between them and the previous owner. So,if they are not paying their rent, you would be the one to hire an attorney and proceed with court action to evict them.

I have been in a similar position, I made it a condition for the P&S that the property be delivered vacant and empty. That way, if it is rental property, at least you will only have to deal with your own bad decisions when it comes to who you rent to.
