My son violated his probation for the 1st time since being out of jail in june of 09, he turned in 2 dirt urines and his p.o violated him. He is out on 15,000 bond will they make him do his time, even if i already placed him in another rehab when he goes back to court...

Another rehab, first did not do much good huh? And that may well be the opinion of the court.

I am very surprised he was allowed on bail. That is not normal, in most places, they still in jail till the hearing.

But so much depends on the judge you get and their opinion. Also two dirt UA , so he was given another chance by PO to clean it up and still did not.

My guess the judge will give him some time, but if not, remember the saying third time is charm, if he gets another chance, the judge will not want to see him again.
