How much prime rib per person?
I am having a small party Saturday and there will be 8 adults, will a 4lb prime rib be enough?

    LOL
I find it hard if it is 'bone in' to cut into 8 with just four ribs. Have them cradle the roast and then remove it before slicing. If you have other dishes or courses it will be plenty unless you have really big meat eaters.

Sorry, you said 4 lbs, not 4 ribs. That is 1/2 lb per person. Plenty.:)
