Depends on where you live... but in most Western Countries that is true. It is not true in at least some Islamic countries.

Try reading the site rules... IF you are capable of actually reading. You can NOT give a disagree or Not helpful because YOU don't like an answer that is ciompletely factual.

In fact if you are such an expert on the topic... then quote laws that prove I am wrong. Because my answer is completely accurate and valid. And IF you are such an expert.. then why did you ask the question.

I am sick and tired Noobies that come in with ONE post and violate site rules... because THEY didn't want to hear the correct answer to their particular question.

YOU asked a question... I gave an accurate answer... and YOU out of pure ignorance give a not helpful. Well tough... My answer is real, accurate and valid. Unlike your comment. The only places that DON'T allow a woman to divorce her husband... are places that consider women less important than livestock. You may think "because i dont got ans" but that IS in fact an answer... and a darned accurate one. And NOT a valid reason for a Not Helpful under site rules.
