How to fight memoris of past mistakes
Ever have a memory so pervasive and painful that remains with you for many yeasrs to come? Does it appear at odd times creating a sense of guilt or regrett toward something will never realistically be reolved?

What might melp is what researchers learing about how memores work.It turns out that memores do not get stored on the brain in whole or in part, Instead the memory is 'reassembled'. And that these assemble memory has little accuracy to the real experience. That emotions like regret, guilt, are simply ingredients the. Brain is programmedinto the memory, but only because it has catalogged the memory as a negative on. The bad feelings as it turns out is not linked to any thing relevant, but simply is part of the memory, and you are left try to expain it and why. This why happy pills work. They work because the pills that by definition don't address the relevant cause, but instead attack the emotions abstractly.n This actually works because it turns out that negativity in memories are the same -- they are added for flavoring not relevancy.

In my experience, time is the key to getting over the guilt and regret. A bonus in the healing process is to learn from past mistakes to create new and happy memories.

From my experience to get rid of past mistakes and memories you will have to focus on now and think the mistakes you did in your past as a lesson that you can apply to whatever your focusin at in the present, and ofc do fun activity naturally those past memories would be overwritten by the sweet memories you created in the present
