    My mom lives in mexico and I am a permant resident here the united states I been married to my wife 14 years know and I wish get my mom to be able to come and visit me how can I put in the application for her for a green card what do I need to do

    There is no family-based PR classification for the parent of an LPR. If you have been married more than 2 years, 9 months, then file for naturalization; it only takes about 3-4 months now.

    After you are sworn in as a USC, then petition for your mother. She will qualify as an immediate relative; as the parent of a USC.

    File the I-130, relative petition, first then after approval apply for the immigrant visa (IV) at her home consulate. Good luck.
