Okay its about a guy I think his parents are divorced and he gets a skateboard in the post and it turns out to talk and there is a blond girl he becomes friends with. Its not the movie the skateboard kid 1 or 2 even though it seems identical the movie starts by drifting trough the clouds and then his mam pulls up from shopping and then a bit later the in the kitchen having dinner and he trows potato at his sister , if you know please help it was my favourite childhood movie!
