    Furnace not lighting
    Replaced glow rod and it lit the burners twice and now it will not light

    Does the glow plug still glow? If not, check to see if it is getting voltage when it should be glowing. IF its getting 120v and still not glowing, it may have burned out again. If you touch the glow element with your fingers, the oil from your skin will cause the glow plug to burn out quickly.

    It still glows white hot. Could the rectifier be bad and not read that there is heat or flame

    Check the exhaust flume or the purge motor plenum to see if there is blockage. There is a switch called a vent switch that ensures that exhaust fumes will be blown out. If that switch is not open first, then closed when the exhaust fan motor energizes, the board will not allow the gas valve to open.
