Start a corporation, get it accepted by an accreditiion agency and on an approved list for billing Medicare.
Have enough working capitol to operate 4 to 6 months with no income coming in, ( normal time frame from when you bill medicare till you receive any money)
Thank you for your time and advice, but how do I go about starting up a corporation and would the local authority i.e. local government who already supply care in the community,be the best place to get accredation?
I assumed you were in the US and had experience with US medicare and medicaid.
There are Federal approved agencies for medical services that require inspections of your service plans, equipment, record keeping and more. There are manuals of 1000's of pages of rules from procedure, to what you can or can't say, how to keep records and more.
I will be blunt, if you have no knowledge of medicare billing, medicare approval, billing codes and more you need to find at least a partner who does or work for an agency in the office that does these things and learn theml
NHIA
I have been in this field for over 12 years, was manager during 3 inspections and would not even begin to think I knew enough to start my own company right now.

Either get a book from the library or buy one from the bookstore (Nolo Publications are excellent), or look at this site --
