You have posted your question three times, hoping for a quick answer, but we are all volunteers/ As for suggestions on finding someone from a photo. Anyone of them would take a lot of time. You could post the pic somewhere on the net and give some kind of reply address that would not be too revealing.

First it can take several days for the right expert to come by and help you, so your continued posting is not going to help. All of your previous posts have been deleted.


Next why do you need to find them, if they are a serouis terrorist, yes the government has facial programs that will compaire them to large data bases. And pehaps find them.

But if they were just a small time criminal, the police do not even have that ability.

You can post them on a page on Facebook and perhaps see where other photos like them are at.

But no there is no way to find someone from just a photo.

Why are you looking also ? What other info do you have on them ?

Well, its not a criminal,negative story

I get asked this all the time - it is virtually impossible to ID someone by photograph. Identity software can be helpful but good software is expensive AND it depends on whether the person has other photos available on line.
