How do I eveict a roommate NOT on the lease in columbus OH
    In Columbus Ohio
My best friend and I have had this apartment for 2 months, her and I are the ones on the lease. We have a roommate tha came here with us , but does not receive mail at this address, doesn't have a key, and is not on the lease he has also failed to pay his share of rent. What are his rights, and how would I legealy remove him?

I would stay on the safe side. Give him a 3 day pay or quit notice. If he still doesn't vacate then file for eviction.

In Colorado, he has no rights, since the two of you are on the lease, you have the right to file trespassing charges. He is staying without your suthorization, and could be charged with trespassing charges since you don't want him there. Another way is to get a restraining order through the courts.

Please cite the CO law that would make him a trespasser? Also filing a restraining order would only apply if there was an issue of violence.
