    Judgement/garnishment
My ex husband has gotten a judgement against me for my non payment of a property settlement agreement with him. I don't know of any place he could try to get money from me except my wages. What would he have to do to try to garnish my wages and how much could he get if he can do it? Also, can he somehow freeze my bank account or anything crazy like that? We live in Florida.

He can work within the law for the purpose of collection. Which can be taking what's in your accounts and wiping it out to getting a garnishment of your pay up to a possible 50% of gross. Why didn't you pay as promised?

Yes, with a judgment he can garnish wages and attach your bank accounts.
