Deffinatly an attorney. I don't completely understand your typing but he needs to clean up. As for the drug charges, that's a bigger thing than any rape charge. In Texas you could get a lot of time for drugs but hardly any for rape, even that of a unwilling child. I've heard of as low as 5 years for rape. & years seems to be common.
