Brush Cutter Clutch Assembly or P.T.O. - equipment
Why do different 2-stroke engine models of the same brand of brush cutter (like Kawasaki brush cutters)have different type of Clutch Assembly? For example, a Kawasaki TD040J-AC63 Brush Cutter has clutch assembly # 13081-2218 while a Kawasaki TH034D-BT75 Brush Cutter has clutch assembly # 13081-2224. The two clutch assemblies are somewhat different from each other. Are they interchangeable? I mean, can I use the clutch assembly of TH034D-BT75 to replace a worn-out clutch assembly of TD040J-AC63? Will it not affect the engine's performance in the long run?

I have a small engine shop , and I would put what the factory calls for , if you put the wrong one on it could fly apart cause more damage , or even hurt some one. Luck
