Its my question that I have done NIKAH without permission of my parents. I go many times hotel with my wife, my problem is that me and my wife do sex, if police caught us than they can make case on us? Please help me as soon as possible

Marrying someone without permission of parents? The marriage is batil if the girl didn't asked her parents. For you its not important but as a respect for your parents you should ask them. The girl MUST ask her father, grand father or any parental father for the permission. If till now she didn't asked the permission then you are not supposed to even touch her. The nikah is batil if she didn't asked

But we have done through COURT.. n our NIKAH is registerd.. n it is applicable.. I have ask frm ulma he has said your NIKAH is acceptd.. if a matured girl and boy are agree then they can do MARRy its according to islam... then why are you saying ths about me??

My dear friend... it is true that islam allows a girl to choose his partner... but with the permission of her father... and what are you saying about court? In court even gays can marry these days... no offense... don't mind... and about ulema I cannot say anything... its his duty to guide people... I guess you didn't told him that the girls parent is unaware. I am cent percent aware that the girl must ask her father. If you guys love each other you should convince your parents not break their heart. I also love a girl and I won't ever do what you did. Because of a father or mother curse his/her child their life in this world and here after will be destroyed.
