    Vistation Questions
I have two questions. I live in the state of Florida and have a beautiful 4 year old baby girl. Her father and I were never married. We have decent communication and a verbal agreement with visitation (trying to resolve that to get it written down legally). Recently (within the past 2 weeks) Our visitation has been argument with either him being severely late or pushing for an extra day or so. My first question- Do I , as the mother, have the right to know where he physically resides (since he knows mine) if I need to enforce my days? Second question- If this occurs again should I bring law enforcement? Third question- Since there isn't a legal visitation order can he Keep her from me?

Has he been established as the child's legal father through either a court-ordered DNA test or by signing a paternity acknowledgment? Is his name on the birth certificate?

While I don't have an issue with a father wanting to spend extra time with his child, everything else sounds scary. If you don't know where he lives, I wouldn't let him take the child. Simple as that. You need to get to court immediately and get this all in writing.
