Maybe. HOW LONG are you working in this job, using this apartment?

Yes, your daily living expenses for 2010 (rent, utilities, local transportation, incidental expenses, food) ARE deductible because the job is still considered to be temporary in nature.

However, if the job extends beyond February, 2011, then the job is no longer temporary and the expenses no longer deductible. Further, if you KNOWS the job will extend beyond February 2011, then the job was NEVER temporary in nature and the expenses are NOT deductible.
