After this long will I violate
o.k. my friends probation officer resides in another state and wants to give him early termination... I was told that they do routine checks to make sure you haven't been arrested which would violate you, anyway about two years ago he was stopped in fla. On a first offense mary jane possession.. he did not get booked or go to jail, he only went to court once, paid a fine and did a drug and alcohol course (court options), the case reads nolle pros now however he never told his p.o. I figgured eventually through their yearly or quarterly checks or however the do it theyed pick him up but its been two years they never did... so question did he slip through the cracks or will they find it when they push his early termination paper work through,

    Hello f:

Well, if his PO was incompetent the first time around, I don't see why they'd change the second time around...

    (A) I said you don't even reside in the same state as your p.o. trust that they've run a check on a violation at least twice during the time you caught that charge (B) its not big enough to care (c) they just want you off and your p.o. is not an a hole

    Hello again, freeman:

Couple things... You say it's FEDERAL probation as though it's much less severe than state probation... NOT SO.

They don't run STATE checks. They run FBI NCIC checks... If they've been arrested ANYWHERE, it'll show up.

ANY charge is big enough for these pricks to care about.

No, they DON'T just want you off. They want to bust your chops and keep you under their thumb as long as possible...

Being an a-hole is a REQUIREMENT for a federal PO.

None of the above means the PO DID their job, and actually ran a check... They were probably too busy being a-holes to actually DO their job.
