What papers do you have showing 'signed over' visitation?

So you and he went to court to modify the child visitation order that allowed the new wife some rights to visit ?

Bull, he may have signed some non binding, non legal paper.
But no unless there is a court order, HE not she has the visit rights.

The custody agreement is between two people: the legal mother and the legal father. Unless the court granted the stepmother some form of visitation, your child's father cannot just make his own agreement.

That being said, why do you object to this? How long have they been married? Does your son have any siblings by his father?
