He is six weeks he just shakes his head and foam starts coming out of his mouth

You need to get him to the vet asap.

There are many things this could be, none of which we can diagnose over the internet.

Please see your vet. At 6 weeks he's too young to even be away from his mother, and any illness can become very serious very quickly.
