    Hi Robjim...

    The washer to the brasscraft series of toilet shutoffs are FLAT. All shutoffs that I know of nowadays have flat washers or orings, etc. but no manufacturers use bevelled washers anymore that I know of... ;)

    Any time I run across a leaky one I replace it with a 1/4-turn ball valve instead of rebuilding it.
