There is a sticky at the top of the Family Law forum regarding this topic, which can be read here:

As you'll see in that note, a child cannot make that decision. A guardian ad litem and/or judge may listen to the child's desires but that doesn't necessarily mean they will rule in favor of what the child wants.

Can you give us some more information regarding your circumstances? What is happening or not happening that you'd like to live with your other parent?
