I have 3 little nieces aged 4 3 and 1 year old.my sister is an alcoholic and living with her children in social services accomdation.I have been close to the children since birth up until she moved out of london last year.now she is in a lot of trouble bwcause of her drinking and is on the verge of losing the girls.I was wondering if I could get visiting rights to them without going through my sister?
