My natural hair colour is a light brown/orange and yesterday I used an in-home dye to dye it. I thought it would turn out a light brown, but it ended up very very dark and I hate it already!! I can't stand looking in the mirror. When I bought it the man that sold it to me informed me that it would eventually wash out after a few weeks. I'm not really sure about this. The activator had a big '1.5%' on the front, I think this means the level of peroxide or something? But he did say that the 1.5% would ensure that it wasn't permanent. I'm not too sure, but I really hate this colour and I sure don't want to wait 6 weeks for it to fade.

Can someone tell me how to remove it quicker? Are there any hair colour removal products I can use?
