I can't get to the menu where you pick what detail you want... (low or high) when I click existing user it goes to a white screen with a little squirrel thing in the top left hand corner and nothing else is loading... wut does that mean?. y does it do that?? I downloaded the latest java updates and w/e else there was... I need help!!

Your computer could have a virus or its protecting your computer from getting one for some reason. You may want to run a scan. If that doesn't work contact the help desk for runescape. Good luck

It does that on my computer too. Try clicking on the page. When you do that the picture should show up.:D
