I had a DUI in August of 2009 (my second in 10years) I had positive urine test in August in October I was summons to appear for violation of probation. All my following test trhough the Probation office and my counseling classes have been negative. What can I expect from the judge? I don't have a lawyer for this visit. But I have been suggested to ask for a continuance and get one. Any help pot there?

You need an attorney, and when you ask for a continuance, one question will be why you have not already gotten an attorney and when you believe you will get one.

My guess since they did not already pick you up and throw you in jail ( very common with probation violation) the PO may not be recommending you be put in prison or jail for thisl. I would expect a very stern warning from the judge and perhaps a higher level of probation
