The opening scene -> a cursed child is born (has a birthmark like a tattoo of something demonic, I think) and the doctor does something to him. Then many years pass by.. he's a grown man. I forgot what happened but I think the world is ending or the devil is chasing him cause he's cursed and he runs to a church where he thinks he is safe but the devil crashes from underneath and tells him there is no place he can run and that god can't help him (this happens almost towards the end of the movie). There is a lady involved. A nineties movies or a late 2000 movie. I watched it when I my age was a single digit and now I'm 17. I really want to watch it and re-live my past in a way. If any of you do remember, you know what to do. I've tried googling but it always gives me the latest in horror movies. Maybe I'm not doing it write.
