I was working out of town but still in the state of ny and mycar broke down, so the mechanic that was suppose to be fixing my car did not pull my car into the garage but left it parked on the outside so someone stole my car and got into an accident with it and now there's a judgement against my license.
I don't know who the person was that stole my car so I don't know what to do. Help me please or can you direct me to the right free place for help thank you.

Did you have insurance on the car? Liability, if the car can be proved stolen, should be covered by your insurance company. There may be a case for Garage Keepers Legal Liability depending on the circumstances of theft-keys in car?

I don't know if there anything you can do about it now... Was the car reported stolen? Did you receive stuff in the mail that you ignored?

In any case, go to the DMV and see what they tell you.
