Failure to report suspected child abuse on the part of county CPS employees (mandated reporters). CPS oversight in NYS?

Perhaps they didn't see any child abuse, but if you feel it wasn't accurate, then report it to the police.

The CPS investigates abuse, so they report it to theirself. Or investigate it themselves.

Are you saying that the CPS are the ones that are doing the abuse ?

Are you saying that CPS failed to follow through on a TRUE abuse case?

Then ask to speak to a supervisor at CPS. Or file with the police again. Keep filing over and over until you get results IF you feel it is TRUE abuse
