What is the dosage for this product. How long does a bottle last?

Hi I think Nopalea is great.no side affects for me. I started taking 3oz. Twice a day like it say's.and then I think you go down to 3oz. Once a day. It tells you in the paper they send you with you're order.And on there site.Trivita.com good luck
